We are hiring part-time passionate, engaging coaches who are committed to impacting San Antonio youth through soccer.
Soccer Shots offers noncompetitive, introductory soccer classes (“sessions”) on a weekly basis at parks, preschools, daycares, indoor facilities, and elementary schools around the greater San Antonio area. Schedules are created seasonally (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) and determined based on one’s availability and location. Coaches must be able to commit to an entire season schedule with priority given to those who are available at least 3 half-days out of the week (or a minimum of 8 hours a week).
Morning shift times generally run from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
Afternoon shift times generally run from 2:30-5:30 p.m.
Midday shift times are also available depending on the site (11:30-2:30 p.m.). Session times may vary depending on enrollment.
Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License Pass an FBI Criminal Background Check Fully authorized to work in the US without restriction Currently live in the greater San Antonio metropolitan area Currently certified or able to become CPR & First Aid certified Coaching or childhood education experience preferred Spanish proficiency/fluency is a plus OUR MISSION Soccer Shots is a youth soccer organization with a focus on building character through weekly soccer sessions.
