We are seeking a part-time, 1-1, in-home high school English tutor in Northern Virginia, DC, or Maryland. To be competitive, it would be ideal if you have past experience teaching/tutoring AP Literature or AP Language.

Experience tutoring or teaching AP Lit/Lang and other high school English courses.
We value tutors with a broad range of instructional experience in high school history and English.
Bachelor's degree required.

Top Score Education offers highly competitive compensation. The starting pay range for this role is $50-$65 per hour. As they grow and develop with our company, Top Score Tutors can earn up to $80 per hour.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends A weekly commitment of a minimum of 8 teaching hours per week (for example, 1-2 weekday evenings and one weekend day) Consistent access to a car (work is primarily in students’ homes 1:1) and willingness to drive up to 30 minutes to a lesson (travel bonus for longer travel).
