Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting Collect and document accurate data and session notes Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0–5 CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changing Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention Bilingual (preferred, not required) Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA
