What you’ll do

Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments.

Help families build and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

Provide direct early intervention services to children and their families.

Work closely with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services meet state standards.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth opportunities.

Who we’re looking for

Strong communicator with a passion for early childhood development.

Bachelor's degree or higher education in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related fields as listed in Developmental Certification Policy (2010), section J.

Committed to family-centered care and collaborative problem-solving.

Able to meet (or willing to obtain) Developmental Specialist Certification within one month of hire.

Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive — a true team player.

Professional with a strong ethical foundation and commitment to confidentiality.
