Job Description

All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic full time in Katy, TX! We are looking for a clinician who is fluent in Spanish to deliver compassionate care to our pediatric patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care. Offering up to a $5,000 sign on / relocation bonus!

Responsibilities

Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals Confer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of a patient's care team Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks that will help them meet those goals Assess pediatric patient's progress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance agencies Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program Current and unrestricted TX Speech Therapy license; or ability to apply At least three years of experience as a pediatric speech therapist is preferred Continued education requirements maintained Compassionate and caring demeanor Current CPR certification Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be fluent in Spanish Hours: Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST and Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST Job Type: W2- Full time to work 40 hours per week Office Location: 810 S Mason Rd, Suite 315, Katy, TX 77450 Compensation $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Why Join Us? Requirements

Requires a degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program and a current unrestricted Texas Speech Therapy license. Fluency in Spanish and CPR certification are mandatory, with a preference for at least three years of pediatric experience.
