• Schedule: School-day services with after-school home sessions based on client needs ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families throughout the Plant City area. This role offers the opportunity to work in both school and home environments while receiving ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative, clinician-focused organization.

Clinical Support & Professional Growth Our team provides

Ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs Practicum-approved supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification Collaboration with teachers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Opportunities to work alongside student analysts and experienced clinicians Centralized caseloads whenever possible to reduce travel Free in-house BACB Type 2 CEUs

What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in school and home settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical and funding requirements

Caseload This position includes

School-Based Services Support elementary through high school students during the school day Assist students with behavior, communication, classroom participation, and social skills Home-Based Services Provide after-school ABA therapy Support caregiver training and skill generalization within the home environment

Qualifications

Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or willingness to obtain certification) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations
