ESL Instructor (Full-Time Substitute)
The Full-time substitute ESL instructor supports the school’s mission by providing excellent in-person and/or remote instruction that supports students’ diverse educational backgrounds, learning styles, English language, and technological abilities during the absence of the students’ teacher. During long-term substitute assignments, the substitute is responsible for creating materials specific to the assigned level, writing daily lesson plans to directly address all student needs, and administering schoolwide assessments. During daily short-term assignments, the substitute is expected to implement teacher lesson plans with fidelity. For long and short-term assignments, the substitute is expected to maintain accurate attendance records.

Salary Range: And benefits:
A competitive annual starting salary range of $55,000.00-$114,100.55 commensurate with experience.
46 total days of time off (a combination of paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal time) per year. This number increases over time.
