The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom operations. They promote the holistic growth of preschool children while mentoring other teachers and building relationships with families.
Required Credentials: FL DCF 45 hours and a CDA or any other FL Lead Teacher Qualifying credential

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
