Make a Difference Every Day! Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 educational support for children with disabilities in a home-based learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students achieve their academic, behavioral, and social goals while working closely with families and educational teams.
Provide one-on-one support to a student in a home setting. Assist with implementing educational and behavioral strategies outlined by the student's educational team. Encourage student engagement, independence, and skill development. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Communicate professionally with families and Liberty Education Solutions staff. Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities, is preferred. Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while following educational plans and directions. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances.
