The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing preschool children to prepare them for Kindergarten. They lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build relationships with families to support child achievement.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, or a related field. Experience in leading a classroom and the ability to meet state childcare requirements are required.
