Practice & Game Management Know and teach sport rules.
Promote sportsmanship among players, parents, and fans.
Communication Report injuries, discipline issues, roster changes, and vehicle incidents to the Athletic Director the same day.
Communicate purchases in advance and use TeamSnap for schedules and updates.
Hold a parent meeting in the first week of the season.
Professionalism, Safety and Professional Development.
Attend all practices, games, and tournaments.
Ensure athlete safety and supervision at all times—before, during, and after team activities.
Maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
Follow budget guidelines and child abuse reporting protocol.
Keep school vehicles clean and locked.
Encourage multi-sport participation; out-of-season practices require approval and must be voluntary.
Seek growth opportunities and attend required Athletics meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Prior coaching experience at the high school level or higher preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A personal commitment to Christian faith and the ability to serve as a spiritual role model.
