Opportunity PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Bristol, Tennessee 37620, .
Our client operates a comprehensive residential program serving young adults, ages 16–24.
The program’s mission is to prepare participants for meaningful employment and independent living.
This role provides direct clinical services to students and collaborates closely with residential and program staff in a structured, community-based environment.
Position Overview This is a contract position with full-time availability, up to 40 hours per week.
Licensure Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee. Client Preferences includes: Youth Experience prefer in school setting. Calm under pressure. Excellent at taking notes. RN could spot learning disabilities and or mental health issues. Someone who could prep medication for the students overnight and the weekends. Experience Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a clinical, school-based, residential, or community health setting required. Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred. The salary rate is negotiable. Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
