About the Role

Lead a special education classroom serving students with diverse learning needs. You'll develop and implement IEPs, manage classroom behavior using PBIS, supervise paraprofessionals, and collaborate with families and staff to support each student's academic and social growth. This role combines instructional leadership with hands-on teaching in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Texas Department of Education Teaching Certificate and be trained in the Multisensory Teaching Approach (MTA). A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a master's degree in special education and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
