Compensation

New Infant Lead Teachers generally earn between $15 and $18 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Job Summary

  • Help us implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program! As a member of our teaching team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
  • Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
  • Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
  • Executing lessons plans
  • Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
  • Working as a team
  • Responding to all children’s needs
  • Maintaining professional commitment
  • And most importantly,… having fun! You are working with children!

Qualifications

Quality experience is a must to take care of our babies! In order for you to be considered as a Lead Teacher, a minimum of two years of experience is preferred.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of experience in infant care is preferred. Candidates must be able to execute lesson plans and maintain professional relationships with families.
