QUALIFICTIONS Prior football coaching preferred.
Strong ability to teach fundamentals and work with middle school student-athletes.
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
Completion of all required MHSAA and district coaching requirements.
Organize and conduct safe, structured, and effective daily practices. Teach football fundamentals, techniques, position skills, and game strategy. Promote academic success, positive behavior, and school attendance. Model professionalism, integrity, and sportsmanship at all times. Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, administration, and the Athletic Director.
Prior football coaching experience and the ability to work with middle school athletes are preferred. Candidates must have or obtain CPR/First Aid certification and meet all MHSAA and district requirements.
