Job Description

Our substitute teachers are a key part of our teaching teams, who work a flexible schedule. Substitutes work alongside faculty members to create and cultivate high quality learning experiences in a safe environment for infants, toddlers, preschool or Kindergarten aged students (birth through 6 years old). What Makes You Our Substitute Superstar: High School Diploma or GED (minimum). 19 years old (or 18 if enrolled in college). Interest in working with young children (infants through Kindergarten). Enthusiasm for the Montessori philosophy (no prior experience required!). Meets state preschool teacher or assistant requirements. Flexible availability to work as needed. Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and meet state preschool teacher or assistant requirements. Must be at least 19 years old (or 18 if in college) with a flexible schedule and interest in the Montessori approach.
