Market context

California Montessori toddler roles stay competitive

In California, lead toddler guide roles are often in steady demand at Montessori schools and early childhood programs serving toddlers and preschoolers. These positions are competitive because employers usually look for AMI or AMS certification, the state-required Child Development Units, and prior classroom experience with young children. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then confirm your certification and unit status before applying.
