Job Description

Our next cohort of Infant/Toddler Montessori Certification is approaching, and we are looking for infant teachers who want to become certified Infant/Toddler Montessori lead teachers. We offer attractive financial incentives to obtain this internationally recognized credential as well as a career path to include a paid, teaching practicum while you are pursuing Montessori certification. Associate in Training Responsibilities Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers; Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy; Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed; Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment; Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students. Enroll in the Montessori Certification cohort starting (Infant/Toddler - birth to three) Basic Requirements High school diploma Minimum Requirements: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development)

A high school diploma is required, with a CDA, Associate's degree, or some college coursework as a minimum. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
