Market context

California school SLP roles stay competitive

In California, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist roles are often in steady demand because districts need support for student communication and related services. These positions can be competitive when they offer mentorship, benefits, and CFY-friendly support, especially for candidates with a master’s degree, licensure or CFY eligibility, and school experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm caseload, supervision, and school calendar details before applying.
