Stepping Stones Therapy is hiring a full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year to support a middle school caseload. Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments. Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements. Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible state Speech-Language Pathologist license. Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
