Monitored student progress, documented academic and behavioral performance, and communicated observations with teachers and support staff. Assisted in implementing classroom management strategies and promoting positive student behavior. Prepared instructional materials, learning activities, and classroom resources to support daily instruction. Supervised students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and school activities. Fostered a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encouraged student participation and independence. Communicated effectively with teachers, administrators, specialists, and families regarding student progress when appropriate.
