What You'll Do As a Children's Swim Instructor, you will: Provide one-on-one and small group swim lessons Teach water safety and swimming skills in a fun, engaging way Communicate with parents about their child's progress Help students overcome fears and challenges with patience and encouragement Stay active and engaged throughout your shift while creating a safe, positive environment Build confidence and trust with children and families every day What We're Looking For Must be at least 16 years old Comfortable being in the water for up to 5 hours per day Able to tread water and ensure student safety Effective communication skills with children and parents Friendly, energetic, and optimistic personality Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented No prior swim instructor experience is required - we provide full paid training.
