Assist the Head Coach with the day-to-day operation of the track & field and cross-country programs.
Coach student-athletes in the power & speed events, including practice instruction and competition preparation.
Assist with recruiting activities in accordance with NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations.
Support practice organization, team travel, and equipment management as assigned.
Promote the academic success and overall well-being of student-athletes.
Represent the University and Athletics Department in a professional manner.
Maintain compliance with NCAA, conference, institutional, and departmental policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
