Create joyful and effective learning experiences that prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten
Provide a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom where every child can thrive and feel a sense of belonging
Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly to support each child’s development
Ensure adherence to all licensing and program requirements, including documentation, assessments, and ongoing quality improvement
