We're looking for passionate, energetic, and motivated individuals to join Little Fish Swimming as year-round Swim Instructors at our Spotsylvania County location in the New Post community.
As a Swim Instructor, you'll teach life-saving swim skills, promote water safety, and help swimmers of all ages gain confidence in and around the water. Every lesson is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while creating a fun and encouraging learning experience.
Previous swimming, coaching, or teaching experience is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive in-house training to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.
We offer part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, along with a fun, supportive team environment and the opportunity to grow with our newest location.
