What you'll do

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.

Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

What we're looking for

Experience working with preschool-aged children.

EEC Lead Teacher Certification (required by Massachusetts).

A passion for inspiring young learners.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

Hourly Rate

$23.08- $24.92 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid EEC Lead Teacher Certification as required by Massachusetts. Experience working with preschool-aged children and strong communication skills are also required.
