Responsibilities: Primary duties include:
· Processing AHA cards and required paperwork and reporting processes.
· Maintaining and processing student records and clinical documentation.
· Evaluating and reporting student progress.
· Assisting instructors with departmental required processes.
· Serving on the EMS Advisory Committee
· Performing any other duties assigned to you by the Assistant Vice Chancellor, and Director of Allied Health.
AAS in Paramedicine or equivalent, current Arkansas Paramedic license, and National Registry Paramedic certification preferred. Must possess good communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills and be willing to learn online teaching requirements. Additional requirements: · AHA BLS, ACLS, & PALS Provider Cards · AHA BLS, ACLS, & PALS Instructor Cards · Arkansas EMS Instructor card · Records of required immunizations for clinical sites (i.e., TB Skin Test, Flu Vaccinations, MMR, Hep B, COVID-19, etc.)
Commensurate with education and experience.
