Role Summary As a Teacher Assistant, you support the preschool classroom teacher so children have a safe, consistent learning environment. This role exists to help keep daily instruction organized, children engaged, and classroom routines running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, preparing materials, supporting children during transitions, maintaining a clean and orderly space, and following program and safety guidelines. You will communicate observations to the lead teacher and work as part of the onsite team.

A Typical Day You’ll arrive onsite, get the room set for the morning, and touch base with the lead teacher on the plan for the day.
