Position Summary

This is a volunteer position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the Women’s Flag Football program in accordance with Guilford College guidelines. Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coach with organizing and conducting practice sessions. Support student-athlete skill development on and off the field. Assist in recruiting responsibilities. Uphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College. Adhere to all college, conference, and other policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Collegiate-level playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of the rules and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the team. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Requirements

A bachelor's degree and collegiate-level playing or coaching experience are strongly preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, knowledge of game rules, and CPR/AED certification or a willingness to obtain it.
