We're looking for experienced Infant Teachers who brings warmth, patience, creativity, and genuine joy into the classroom every day.

As the Infant Teacher, you'll create and lead a classroom where children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to explore the world around them.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Planning and implementing engaging, hands-on learning experiences
  • Creating a nurturing classroom built around curiosity and exploration
  • Supporting children's language, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Building strong relationships with families through open communication
  • Leading daily routines with patience and consistency
  • Mentoring and collaborating with Assistant Teachers
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming classroom
  • Helping every child feel valued, capable, and successful

  • This position is for a Lead Teacher. All applicants must meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualifications.
  • A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or another Pennsylvania-approved equivalent) from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is required.
  • Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for infants.
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in connection with the care of young children.
  • Must successfully complete all required Pennsylvania state background clearances and licensing requirements.
