The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing preschool children to prepare them for Kindergarten. Key duties include classroom management, curriculum implementation, and building relationships with families.
The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and Pre-K program requirements.
Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
