Market context
Speech-language pathologist roles in North Carolina clinics are often driven by demand for bilingual care, especially for Spanish- and English-speaking patients. These positions can be competitive because employers typically look for a master’s degree, ASHA certification for CCC-SLPs, North Carolina licensure eligibility, and true bilingual proficiency.
