Market context

High school clinician roles stay competitive

In New Jersey, licensed school-based clinician roles at the high school level are often in demand because districts need support for student mental health, attendance, and behavior needs. These positions are competitive for candidates with a master’s degree, an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, and experience with adolescents; school-day schedules, light summers, small caseloads, and clinical support are common draws. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure and adolescent experience align before applying.
