SMS is currently hiring for a Full-time assistant to work with Elementary students!
Your Role as an Elementary Assistant As our Elementary Classroom Assistant, you'll help create a peaceful, engaging learning environment where children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Working alongside an experienced Montessori Guide, you'll support students in their daily discoveries while growing your own skills as an educator.

Ages 18 or older High School Diploma CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to be certified Experience with children (preferred) Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) We conduct random drug testing PLEASE NOTE: Employees who are made an offer of employment will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment background process that includes passing a Basic TB and fingerprint test, and completing an online training program. Applicants who do not pass or participate in any of this pre-employment process will have their offer of employment rescinded.
