3. Have ideas for amazing lessons? You can plan your curriculum (or use the provided materials for inspiration!)

5. Looking to grow your career in the long term? We only promote to management from within the company so if you have designs on becoming a director, curriculum coordinator or running your own school, this is the place.

6. Want to continue to learn about childhood development and education? So do we. We pay for your Early Childhood Education class and then give you a $250 bonus once you pass! How is that for inspiration?

7. We have a fun, supportive work environment! We are allergic to gossip and drama, so leave it at the door. We hire happy people because that is who we all want to work with.

8. We feed you all day!. We have our own chef that makes amazing meals all day for our kiddos and our teachers. And then we have the occasional taco party or lasagna cook-off for good measure. (Faint of heart need not apply!)

9. Beautiful, new facilities that make it a pleasure to come to work.

10. We pay better than any other preschool in the area!
