At Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, we're looking for an Assistant Teacher who believes every child deserves a safe, encouraging place to learn, explore, and grow.

At West View, you'll partner with a Lead Teacher to create a classroom where curiosity is welcomed, kindness is modeled, and children build confidence through play, discovery, and meaningful relationships.

We're looking for someone who brings patience, warmth, and positive energy each day.

Experience working with young children is a plus, but what matters most is a genuine passion for helping children thrive and a willingness to learn.

Because our classrooms serve families throughout the day, we're looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday and is flexible to work opening or closing shifts.

We'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
