The instructor is responsible for creating swim lesson curricula and providing behavior modification for participants. They must also enforce safety regulations and manage the setup and teardown of equipment.

This position is part-time 4-5 hours. All shifts are on the weekend.
Creating Swim Lesson Curriculum Providing behavior modification as needed Enforcing safety regulations Applying appropriate policies and procedures Setting up and taking down equipment
Good social and communication skills working with youth and adults YMCA Swim Instructor or American Red Cross W.S.I (preferred, not required) First Aid and CPR Certifications (preferred, not required) Swim team, swim instructor, OR lifeguard experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50lbs
