1st Creative Learning Academy Inc. is looking for passionate and dedicated Pre-K Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our growing team in Lilburn, GA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a nurturing and creative environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Pre-K curriculum standards Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for early childhood learners Monitor and assess student development, documenting progress and milestones Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and classroom activities Maintain classroom management while fostering social-emotional development Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school-wide learning goals Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations and safety standards

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Prior experience in a Pre-K, daycare, or early childhood education setting Knowledge of Georgia Pre-K standards and early childhood development principles Strong classroom management and communication skills Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children Ability to pass a background check and meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) About Us: 1st Creative Learning Academy Inc. is a dedicated early childhood education center in Lilburn, GA, committed to providing a fun, safe, and enriching learning experience for young children.
