Montessori Certification Required - $3000 Hiring Bonus The shift is 7:15 am - 4:15 pm At The Baltimore Montessori, our educators brighten children's lives every day while creating a bright future for themselves.

As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or GED Montessori Teacher Certification Required Bachelors or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred.

1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center (1 year preferred).

90 clock hours or equivalent of approved early childhood coursework - MSDE certification Montessori credentials preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.

The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Requirements

Requires a Montessori Teacher Certification and a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Early Childhood Development preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a certified child development center.
