We are passionate about creating meaningful relationships with children and families while providing high-quality early childhood education through hands-on learning and play.

At Building Blocks, we believe in supporting one another, celebrating successes, and creating a workplace where both children and teachers can thrive. Our team is guided by our core values of Family, Mindset, Trustworthiness, Excellence, and JOY, and we strive to live out those values every day.

As a member of our teaching team, you'll work alongside fellow educators to provide quality care and education while building strong relationships with children and families. Market context

Texas child care teacher demand remains steady

In Texas, child care teachers are commonly needed in licensed early childhood settings, where staffing depends on meeting state and local regulatory requirements. This role is competitive because employers often look for candidates who are at least 18, can pass a background check, and have experience in a licensed program; the ability to lift up to 35 lbs may also matter. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your credentials and experience before applying.
