Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach Pharmacology in our Pharmacy Technician Program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach Pharmacology courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certificate of Completion of an approved Pharmacy Tech program
  • Certification in Pharmacy Technician
  • At least three years of experience in the field of Pharmacology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, motivated and results driven
  • Prior teaching experience preferred

Requirements

Applicants must have a Pharmacy Technician diploma or certificate, professional certification, and at least three years of experience in Pharmacology. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
