Tiny Town is seeking a skilled, reliable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team. We’re looking for someone who brings strong classroom management, developmental knowledge, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities: Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily routines

Maintain a structured, organized, and engaging classroom environment

Support children in building independence, problem‑solving, and social‑emotional skills

Communicate effectively with families and team members

Observe, document, and assess child progress

Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met

Collaborate with co‑teachers to plan activities, transitions, and classroom systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of early childhood development and age‑appropriate practices

Ability to manage a busy classroom with confidence and consistency

Clear, professional communication skills

Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude

Reliable attendance and time management

Experience in childcare or early education preferred

Ability to build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
