The substitute teacher will provide instruction and classroom management in a formal Socratic setting according to RCA standards. They are responsible for preparing for classes at home and teaching in a highly structured environment.
We are seeking a part-time Substitute Teacher to teach in a classical classroom for up to 14 hours per week at our center in St.
Leo, Florida.
You do not need a teaching certification nor formal teaching experience to apply.
We will teach you everything you need to know.

All staff complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching at Regina Caeli Academy.
Hours at the center during the academic year are Mondays and Thursdays 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Tutors must be willing to prepare for classes at home and come to class prepared to teach in a highly structured environment.
Applicants must be available to attend mandatory training on August 11, 12, or 13, 2026, prior to working in the classroom (8am-5pm; no childcare provided, nursing babies always welcome).
