EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate ELA Teacher to support elementary school students in Philadelphia, PA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging English Language Arts lessons for elementary school students.
  • Assess student progress and provide academic support as needed.
  • Develop reading, writing, grammar, and critical thinking skills.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate student records and adhere to school policies..

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of English Language Arts instruction and curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to support and engage students across elementary school grade levels.
