As an After-School Program Coordinator, you will contribute to a positive and enriching learning environment for elementary-aged children. In this role, you will lead engaging activities, ensure student safety and well-being, and foster meaningful partnerships with students, families, and staff to promote a strong sense of community.

What We Will Achieve Together The After-School Program Coordinator is responsible for the supervision, safety, and development of children ages 5–810in an after-school setting. This role ensures compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations while providing a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

This position requires strict adherence to all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) licensing regulations for Group and School Age Child Care Programs (102 CMR 7.00), as well as company policies and procedures.
All employees must complete a background check as required by the Department of Early Education and Care.

Salary Range: & Description
$25.00-$27.00 per hour for EEC Qualified Candidates.
The compensation range represents Little Sprouts' intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, and other business factors.
