We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

Full-time preferred; part-time candidates will also be considered $50-55/hour 7.5 hours per day 35 hours per week Start Date: August 2026 School-based position serving a geographic cluster of schools Virtual attendance at meetings when appropriate to minimize travel and maximize student service time Caseload assignments tailored to candidate strengths and experience Professional development days required as part of the assignment Why Choose HealthPro Pediatrics? Responsibilities

Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ educational deficits Conduct initial screenings as well as comprehensive evaluations Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for Special Education services Provide Special Education sessions through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP Maintain all documentation required by the district including, but not limited to, notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s Note: This job description does not list all the duties of the position. Qualifications

Must hold a current license to practice in the state of state Maryland. Have successful experience working with culturally diverse families. Requirements
