Opportunity PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Sedro-Woolley, Washington 98284.
Our client operates a comprehensive residential program serving young adults, ages 16–24.
The program’s mission is to prepare participants for meaningful employment and independent living.
This role provides direct clinical services to students and collaborates closely with residential and program staff in a structured, community-based environment.
Position Overview This is a temporary contract position with, up to 40 hours per week.
Licensure Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license in the State of Washington. Client Preferences includes: Older youth experience preferred, particularly in a school or residential setting Calm under pressure Excellent documentation and note-taking skills Ability to identify potential learning disabilities and/or mental health concerns Experience preparing medications for overnight and weekend administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical, school-based, residential, or community health setting required. Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred. Education Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required. Additional nursing certifications are preferred.
