About the role

The Admissions File Reviewer manages the daily operations of the admissions application process, including data entry and maintaining applicant file accuracy. They also assist in evaluating applicant files for requirement completion and participate in various recruiting and outreach events.

Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating a variety of inter-related workflow processes for the application and admission process using technology and computerized databases.

Job Description: Primary

Duties & Responsibilities

Manages the daily operation of the admissions application process for multiple programs, including maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of applicant files and communicating applicant status updates. Serves as responsible for all data entry necessary for tracking applicant information and for import/export to the Student Information System for new admits. Provides assistance in the evaluation of applicants for admission; performs initial review of files to assess requirement completion. Participates in recruiting events, including on and off-campus information sessions and other outreach efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Job Location/Working Conditions Normal office environment. Physical Effort Typically sitting at a desk or table. Equipment Office equipment. Salary Range

$19.29 - $29.91 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
