The Kids Care Facilitator is responsible for the safety, supervision, and engagement of students during afternoon program hours. They will implement planned activities, manage student behavior, and maintain professional communication with families and school staff.
Kids Care Facilitator (PM) Employment Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
$18.00 per hour Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:00-6:00 PM, Wednesday: 12:00-6:00 PM
High school diploma or GED. Six (6) months experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Current (within 1 year) Tuberculosis Test Results Current First Aid and CPR Certification. (Must be taken and completed in-person) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, parents, and students.
Associates Degree in Early Education or closely related field At least one (1) year of experience in a similar program as Kids Care Physical Requirements: Ensure safety and wellbeing of scholars at all times.
