We seek energetic and experienced coaches to lead and facilitate online group sessions for youth. As a tapouts Coach, you will have the opportunity to create a fun, engaging, and supportive virtual environment where kids can learn and grow. As a tapouts Coach, you will: Lead engaging online group sessions for youth ages 4-16 years Deliver educational activities and games that foster social, emotional, and educational growth Build positive relationships with participants and create an inclusive space Encourage active participation and facilitate group discussions Monitor and assess individual and group progress Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Mandatory) Master's degree (preferred) Coaching certification (preferred) 5+ years of experience working with youth in a group setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week to provide coaching within tapouts peak hours: Weekends (6am-8pm PT). Example schedule: Friday (12:00pm to 7:00pm), Saturdays (8am to 11am) and Sundays (6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) A fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working space. This position is remote, 100% online coaching position is a part-time independent 1099 contractor position that offers you the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
