The Teacher of the Visually Impaired provides individual and small group vision therapy services while collaborating with staff to support the academic and visual-spatial development of students. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and an Illinois Professional Educator License as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in special education environments is preferred.
